Frutarom, one of the largest flavor producers worldwide, recently announced its planned acquisition of U.S.-based Flavor Systems International. The acquisition, Frutarom’s fifth this year, is the latest step in the company’s plan to position itself strongly in the United States, the world’s largest flavor market.
