FEMA Presents 2011 Excellence in Flavor Science Award

The Flavor and Extract Manufacturers Association presented Terry E. Acree, Ph.D., with its 2011 Excellence in Flavor Science Award on Wednesday, October 26, 2011.  The presentation was made during FEMA’s 42nd Annual Fall Symposium, held in Jersey City, NJ.  Dr. Acree is an internationally recognized researcher from Cornell University and has devoted his 40-year professional career to flavor science.
