FEMA member McCormick & Company last week announced the formation of a joint venture with Kohinoor Foods, Ltd., one of the leading basmati rice brands in India, currently reaching more than 350,000 retailers. The new venture, Kohinoor Specialty Food India Private Limited, will expand on McCormick’s current commitment to, and investment in, India.
