Cancellation Policy
Only written requests received at FEMA by September 29, 2017 will receive a refund, less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for requests made after that date, and no refunds will be given for no-shows.
Substitutions
Attendee substitutions may be made at any time, provided that the substitute is from the same organization.
Recommended Dress
Business casual attire is appropriate for all events except Dinner and a Movie, when business or evening attire is suggested.
