Cancellation Policy


Only written requests received at FEMA by January 12, 2018 will receive a refund, less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for requests made after that date, and no refunds will be given for no-shows.


Substitutions


Attendee substitutions may be made at any time, provided that the substitute is from the same organization.
