SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Platinum Sponsors will receive recognition at the conference events to include the Welcome Reception, Awards Lunch, General Session, and closing Dinner. Platinum Sponsors will receive special recognition, including premium logo placement on all conference materials (event website, program, signage and slide presentations) and recognition in the FEMA newsletter. All representatives from sponsoring companies will receive a ribbon on their name badge identifying them as a sponsor. Platinum Sponsors will have one reserved table for eight people at the Awards Luncheon and their company logos will be featured on napkins that will be passed out at the Welcome Reception.

Gold Sponsors will receive recognition at the conference events to include the General Session and Awards Lunch. Gold Sponsors will receive special recognition, including premium logo placement on all conference materials (event website, program, signage and slide presentations) and recognition in the FEMA newsletter. They will also have one reserved table for six people at the General Session. All representatives from sponsoring companies will receive a ribbon on their name badge identifying them as a sponsor.

Silver Sponsors will receive recognition at the General Session. Silver Sponsors will receive special recognition at the conference, including premium logo placement on all conference materials (event website, program, signage and slide presentations). All representatives from sponsoring companies will receive a ribbon on their name badge identifying them as a sponsor.

Wifi Sponsors will receive recognition on signage at the conference identifying them as a Wifi Sponsor. Wifi Sponsors will receive special recognition at the conference, including premium logo placement on all conference materials (event website, program, signage and slide presentations). All representatives from sponsoring companies will receive a ribbon on their name badge identifying them as a sponsor.

Golf Sponsors will receive logo recognition on signage at the golf tournament for the boxed lunches and beverage cart, and logo recognition on the event website and in the conference program. All representatives from sponsoring companies will receive a ribbon on their name badge identifying them as a sponsor.

Fishing Sponsors will receive logo recognition on signage at the fishing tournament for the boxed lunches, and logo recognition on the event website and in the conference program. All representatives from sponsoring companies will receive a ribbon on their name badge identifying them as a sponsor.
