Dan Coughlin leads The Coughlin Company, Inc., where he provides education for for-profit and nonprofit executives to consistently deliver excellence in management, leadership, innovation, and teamwork. Since founding The Coughlin Company in 1998 he has worked with more than 200 organizations, including industry giants like Subway, Abbott, McDonald’s, and Coca-Cola. Dan’s organizational consulting work focuses on people management, culture, strategy, branding, and innovation. He is also widely published, having been quoted in dozens of publications including USA Today, published articles in more than 100 trade association publications, and co-authored a widely endorsed book within the people management space. Dan received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1985.
