In order to appear on the list of Convention attendees, we must receive your registration by April 12, 2017.
Attendees will receive a registration confirmation by e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of your registration form.
To receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee, all cancellation requests must be sent in writing, via email or fax, on or by April 12, 2017. No refunds will be granted for requests made after that date.
All events and meetings are Business Casual.
Attendee substitutions may be made at any time, provided that the substitute is from the same organization.
