U.S. Flavor Labeling - From Concept to Consumer

This all-day workshop offered attendees an in-depth perspective of issues surrounding flavor labeling and a baseline understanding of U.S. flavor labeling regulations.  We also examined the role of flavor labeling for consumer products ultimately destined for grocery shelves.

Led by subject matter experts, the workshop consisted of structured presentations followed by interactive case study exercises.  A continental breakfast and lunch are included in the registration fee, as are course materials.
