FEMA’s Annual Convention, now in its 103rd year, is the flavor industry’s premier event! 

This year’s Convention will take place May 6-9 at the beautiful Westin Diplomat in Hollywood, Florida. The theme for this year’s Convention, “The Market of One: Satisfying the Needs of the Individual Consumer,” will give us an opportunity to discuss how the flavor industry is responding to increasing consumer demand for customization in food and beverage selections.
