Mauricio Graber has been working for Givaudan since 1995, coming from Tastemaker as Managing Director for Latin America. He became Managing Director for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean before becoming Vice President for Latin America in 2000. He was appointed President of the Givaudan Flavour Division in 2006. Mauricio earned his BSc in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Autonoma Metroplitana and holds a Masters in Management from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. |

Dr. Gerhard Krammer has been the Senior VP F&N Global Innovation at Symrise since 2005, joining the company in 2003 from Haarman & Reimer, which he had been with since 1994. He has been the chair of the IOFI Science Board since 2009. Gerhard has a background in Food Chemistry, earning his PhD in Flavor Precursors in 1992 at the University of Würzburg, Germany. He as been published in over 60 publications and holds 25 patents in the field of aroma and taste actives and delivery systems. |

Dr. Jürgen Schnabel has been with Givaudan International Flavors since 1996, and is currently the Global Head of Regulatory and Scientific Affairs. There, he leads and manages Givaudan's regulatory and advocacy program. He has been the Chair of the Regulatory and Advisory Committee of IOFI since 2007. Jürgen earned a PhD in Natural Science from the Institute of Molecular Biology, Eidgenössisch Technische Hoschchule Zurich in 1994. |

Victoria Spadaro-Grant has over 25 years of experience in the domestic and international
food and beverage industries. As Vice President, Research, Development & Quality for Kraft Foods Victoria
is currently responsible for the leadership of Global RD&Q activities for the Gum & Candy category. Victoria joined Kraft Foods through Cadbury in January 2009 as EVP Global Gum & Candy. Victoria is based at the Whippany Global CoE for Gum & Candy. Prior to this role Victoria was with PepsiCo for over 12 years where she held various R&D leadership roles as VP R&D for Asia, Middle East and Africa leading innovation across the Snacks and Beverage portfolios based in Shanghai, VP R&D Quaker, Tropicana and Gatorade based in Chicago, VP R&D PepsiCo Asia based in Bangkok, Frito‐Lay R&D Director for US and Latin American markets. Victoria received numerous innovation and creativity awards, and holds several invention patents in the areas of mechanical engineering, food processing, and biotechnology. |

He has guided climbs throughout the United States, the Alps, Africa, the Andes of Peru, Ecuador and Argentina, and the Himalayas of Nepal and Tibet, and recently authored the book High Altitude Leadership: What the World’s Most Forbidding Peaks Teach Us About Success. |
