Room Rate

The group room rate is $365 per night, plus tax, for a Deluxe Guest Room, single/double occupancy. Upgraded room options are available at an additional charge and may be viewed on the website when you select your dates.

The group room rate is available until Monday, April 11, 2022, based on availability. FEMA recommends you make your room reservations as early as possible to ensure rooms are available.

Please note the following reservation policies:

  • A one-night room deposit (excluding taxes) is required at time of reservation.
  • If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the full deposit will be forfeited.
  • If a reservation is reduced in length of the stay within 14 days of arrival, a penalty fee applies.
