Citrus Workshop

Monday, October 21, 2024

9:00AM – 1:00PM

Citrus oils are a critical ingredient for the flavor and food and beverage industries. Consumers continue to show interest in natural and sustainable food and beverage products, and citrus oils can play an important role in meeting this consumer demand. However, ongoing environmental, disease, pest, and regulatory challenges abound in the citrus market. Join your colleagues in this half-day workshop and hear from industry experts to explore the current citrus market and future prospects, consider the global regulatory environment with respect to crop protection materials and agricultural residues, learn more about the impacts of environmental changes and disease to crop quality, and hear more about sustainable growth in the citrus oils market. This Workshop is open to FEMA members and non-members.
