REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Advance Registration Deadline: Friday, October 9, 2026
In order to appear on the list of conference attendees, we must receive your registration by the advance registration deadline.
Cancellation Policy
Only written requests received at FEMA by Monday, September 21, 2026 will receive a refund, less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for requests made after that date, and no refunds will be given for no-shows.
Substitutions
Attendee substitutions may be made at any time, provided that the substitute is from the same organization.
Recommended Dress
Business casual attire is appropriate for all events.
Photo Policy
The Flavor and Extract Manufacturers Association of the United States (FEMA), its affiliates or agents, may take photographs during or film portions of FEMA events. By registering for this FEMA event, you authorize FEMA, without limitation or expectation of compensation, the right to use your image and likeness in its publications, advertising or other media activities (including the internet), and waive all rights or claims you may have against the FEMA and/or any of its affiliates, agents, subsidiaries, or assignees.

FEMA Policy on Recording and AI Tools
To protect proprietary information and ensure accuracy, privacy, and open dialogue, FEMA prohibits the use of any electronic devices or tools, including AI tools, to record, transcribe, summarize, or process content from meetings or events. Participants must not input meeting content into external AI platforms. FEMA may provide official recordings or summaries for certain events.
