AI's Impact on Organizational Ways of Working
Tuesday, October 20 | 10:30AM – 11:15AM
AI is creating real, measurable value inside organizations today — at the individual level, where it is augmenting how people work, analyze, and decide, and at the organizational level, where it is reshaping entire functions and operating models. This session draws on Deloitte's latest retail and consumer products (RCP) industry research to explore where that value is actually being created in the market today. We'll then examine the agentic shift — the move toward AI systems that don't just assist but act autonomously. We'll close with the practical part: the no-regret moves and strategic questions every organization in this room should be working through right now.
