Xiao Postell is a Research Scientist at Givaudan, where over the past three years she has focused on applying advanced analytical techniques to support flavor research and development. Prior to joining Givaudan, she gained extensive expertise in analytical technologies and applications through more than 10 years of experience working with OEM vendors of LC and MS instrumentation.
