The 2011 FEMA Fall Symposium

FEMA’s 42nd Annual Fall Symposium will be at the Westin Jersey City Newport, October 25-27 and is an opportunity for our members to share information, network, and learn from colleagues in the flavor industry. Our General Session, Food Safety: Securing the Supply Chain, will feature a discussion about the movement of materials through the supply chain and how our industry is impacted by regulations affecting traceability and transparency of flavor substances.
