There are three registration options for the Fall Symposium: Full, Partial A, and Partial B.

Full Registration:

$350.00
Includes: All Special Events (Tuesday Reception & Dinner, Wednesday Hot Topics Breakfast, Wednesday General Session, Wednesday Luncheon) and All Committee Meetings (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Partial Registration Package A:

$220.00
Includes: Tuesday Special Events (Reception & Dinner) and All Committee Meetings on Tuesday.

Partial Registration Package B:

$220.00
Includes: Wednesday Special Events (Hot Topics Breakfast, General Session, Luncheon) and All Committee Meetings on Wednesday and Thursday.

Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, all cancellation requests must be sent in writing, via email or fax, on or by October 14, 2011. No refunds will be granted for requests made after that date.
