Purposeful Positive Momentum: Leading Through Uncertainty

Tuesday, May 5 | 2:30PM – 3:30PM

Leadership in uncertain times isn't about having all the answers. It's about creating the conditions where your people can perform their best even when the pressure is highest.

Drawing on behavioral science and positive psychology research, Suzanne introduces a practical framework that shows leaders exactly how to activate innovative thinking, resilience, and commitment in their teams precisely when it matters most.

Participants leave with clear, actionable guidance and the confidence to lead with purpose, presence, and momentum even when certainty isn't an option.
