The Consumer Product Companies Forum examines issues that impact the use of flavors in consumer products.  The Forum puts particular emphasis on intellectual property issues involving flavors.

The FEMA Regulatory Affairs Committee or “FRAC” is the central location for domestic and international regulatory information affecting flavors and food ingredients.  This meeting will include updates on global issues including the development of a community list of flavors in the European Union and food safety legislation pending in the U.S. Congress.

The Flavor Labeling Committee focuses on the labeling regulations of the FDA, USDA, and other agenices applicable to flavors and recommends appropriate actions to change, interpret, or implement those regulations.
