The survey collected responses from members about FEMA’s current offerings and sourced input on professional development opportunities FEMA could provide. The feedback from members will help develop educational content throughout the year.

The promotion highlighted FEMA’s catalog of education resources that provide foundational information critical to the success of newer professionals, as well as serve as an invaluable reference for the more experienced.

Originally presented at the 2017 Fall Symposium, Suzy Badaracco, President of Culinary Tides Inc., provided a deep dive into understanding the issues influencing food, flavor, and beverage trends as critical to navigating changing demands and uncovering new business opportunities.
