FEMA is canceling the 2020 Spring Committee Meetings due to increasing cancellations from FEMA member companies resulting from travel restrictions related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). This was a difficult decision and we recognize that this impacts our members. We are working diligently to provide alternate virtual opportunities for the committee meetings. Updates will be shared with the membership as soon as possible.
- Your registration fee will be applied as a credit to a future FEMA event through March 31, 2021.
- Attendees are responsible for canceling their own hotel reservations. We urge you to contact the Hilton Alexandria Old Town as soon as possible. Per the hotel's policy, there is no penalty for canceling your reservation up to 72 hours before your stay.
We are grateful for our dedicated volunteers and the work and time they invested in preparing for the committee meetings. We value the health and safety of our members and will continue to evaluate any impact on other scheduled events this spring. Thank you for your understanding of this unprecedented situation and we look forward to seeing you at future FEMA events.
