Erica Reiner is SVP, Regional President North America, Taste at IFF. She is a people focused strategic leader with a track record of driving growth, value and profitability across a global portfolio. Her career experience includes middle market and large cap flavor houses with a focus on innovation and cross functional collaboration. Erica has served in several leadership roles with Flavor Extracts Manufacturers Association (FEMA), National Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), and the Chicago and New York sections of IFT. Erica holds a B.S. in Food Science from Cornell University and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at The International Institute for Management Development (IMD).
