Suzanne Roy is a visionary leader with a strong record of driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence at McCormick & Company. As President, US Flavor Solutions, she leads McCormick’s largest P&L and oversees the custom flavor business across commercial, food, health, and beverage segments. She has elevated specialty flavors as a key growth priority and expanded into high-growth adjacencies, including pet food, pharmaceuticals, supplements, and beverages.
Suzanne has led the successful integration of major acquisitions, including FONA and Brand Aromatic, and unified multiple business units into a high-performing division. Her leadership has accelerated innovation, advanced go-to-market strategies, and positioned beverage as McCormick’s second-largest segment.
A Montreal native and naturalized U.S. citizen, Suzanne brings global perspective and cultural fluency, speaking English, French, and Spanish. She has helped shape McCormick’s Global Flavor Solutions Strategy and partners closely with senior leadership and the Board.
