WASHINGTON — Registration for FEMA’s 49th Fall Symposium is now open. The Fall Symposium will be held October 22–24 at the Westin New York at Times Square in New York. The Fall Symposium convenes professionals from FEMA member companies to share updates on important issues and trends that impact the flavor industry and to create opportunities for engagement via FEMA committees.

“The FEMA Fall Symposium is one of the most prominent and widely attended conferences in the flavor industry,” said FEMA president Tom Buco of Excellentia International. “The Fall Symposium serves as an unparalleled opportunity to learn from a reputable slate of experts who will provide insights on where the industry stands today and where we can expect to go from here. Join us in New York City to meet new colleagues and expand your network.”

The 49th Fall Symposium will feature author and futurist Michael Rogers, Innova Market Insights’ Lu Ann Williams, author and chemistry advocate James Kennedy, and FEMA general counsel Joanna Drake as the conference’s Hot Topics speaker.
