Cancellation Policy

Only written requests received by FEMA by February 3, 2026, will receive a refund, less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for requests made after that date, and no refunds will be given for no-shows.

Attendee substitutions may be made at any time, provided that the substitute is from the same organization.

What a Legislative Proposal Means for Regulatory Compliance

This session will highlight the potential pathway for a legislative proposal so that regulatory professionals are armed when customers request information on ingredients that may be subject to a state bill; additionally, this session will highlight the difference between a bill to ban an ingredient and a labeling bill or GRAS bill that may require further regulatory implementation steps.
