Registration for FEMA’s Vanilla: A Deep Dive Workshop has reached capacity and is now closed.

FEMA members and industry stakeholders joining this Deep Dive Workshop will hear from experts on one of the flavor industry’s most important supply markets: vanilla. This day-long workshop will feature vanilla specialists to share insights on vanilla bean growth, harvest, and proper curing methods, updates from primary growing regions, an overview of farming techniques, and an outlook on emerging growing regions.
