FEMA Excellence in Flavor Science Award Nomination Form

The FEMA Excellence in Flavor Science Award was created by the FEMA Board of Governors to recognize individuals who have shown outstanding dedication to the advancement of flavor science. The award is only intended for those whose contributions meet the highest standards of excellence and distinction. The nominee does not need to be an employee of a FEMA member company.
