The FEMA Lifetime Achievement Award was created by the FEMA Board of Governors to recognize individuals for their exceptional leadership and service in FEMA and the flavor industry throughout an extensive career.

Criteria for Nomination

  • Nominee shall have displayed exceptional service and leadership to FEMA and the flavor industry over an extensive career spanning a minimum of 20 years;
  • The nominee shall have extensively participated in FEMA in a variety of ways including participation in committees, on the Board of Governors, volunteered in significant FEMA activities, or provided important services to the association;
  • Participation on the FEMA Board of Governors is not required;
  • Nominee does not currently need to be an active member of FEMA;
  • Nominee must be living at the time of nomination
